Financial Freedom Is Merely Organized Common Sense
There is a difference between true and factual. Truth is from the real world. Factual is a constrained model of reality intended to convey a different message than truth might convey. I think that is what Steven Colbert means when he talks about “truthy”
Years ago I remember seeing a press release form the US Air Force that stated that its latest fighter, (F-18 if memory serves,) could fly at mach 1.5 at 60,000 feet. Factual. It could also fly at mach 2 at 80,000 feet. Truth
Do your sales people and customer service people provide factual presentations and answers or do they provide the truth? Do you know?
Maybe a better question is:
Given the choice between doing what is right and doing what sells, how would your people behave?
